Also, your child will be suspended from the test and you will be charged a $75 fee for re-testing at a later date. If your child's phone or electronic device is taken, you may retrieve it from the principal on May 24, 2013.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Please make sure that your child has the following items each school day so that he/she will be well prepared for learning:

7th Grade History

Wow!  What interesting facts we have uncovered as we read about the Ancient Middle East.  We started at the Beginning with the Creation, the Rebellion of Adam and Eve, moved on the the flood, the Tower of Babel and the Dispersion of the people.  We moved on from Sumer to Canaan and learned of Abraham's faith as he trusted God to make of him a great nation. We will now go Down to Egypt in our studies next week.  I trust you are reading with your child and discussing events as they unfolded in ancient time.

Bible

The Bible tells us to hide God's word in our hearts and to always be ready to give an account for what we believe. Each day during Opening Assembly we will be looking at Biblical truths as well as memorizing scripture. Bible grades will be based on the memorization of scripture each week

As the Christmas season approaches we will be looking at the different accounts of the birth of Christ that are presented in Scripture.
