We are very blessed to have such wonder parents that want to be part of their child's learning experience. Our VIPs group is made up of parents (grandparents aunts uncles any relatives) that volunteer when and where they can. This may mean helping plan an event or simply counting Box Tops one evening.

Did you know that our school can raise thousands of dollars each year through the Box Tops for Education Program?  

Here are two ways to generate money for our school:

1.     Your on-line purchases at major stores such as Target, Pottery Barn and Nordstrom.  Just register at www.BTFE.com, visit the Marketplace section, shop, and earn, earn, earn. 

2.     Clip the pink Box Top logo on participating products and send them in to school with your child in an envelope marked “Box Tops”.  Collection boxes are in the Main Office and in each classroom.  Check your pantry for products listed below.

Shopping via the www.btfw.com Marketplace will earn us a percentage of your order.  A $200 order at Lands End would give Hurlbutt $10 instantly.  If you do your holiday shopping on-line then this is a great way to give back while you shop.  It is that quick and easy.

  • Each Box Top clipping is worth ten cents, and you would be amazed how these dimes add up!  You can make this a household treasure hunt and enlist your children to find as many products as they can within your household and even when they go and visit grandma and grandpa (just remind them to ask before they clip).  Senior Centers and other community groups can get involved as well. 

Our goal for this year is to reach $500.00 so please start shopping on-line and start clipping now.  The more help we receive the more money that goes back into the classrooms and playgrounds.

  • You can enter the codes from your home computer and donate them to the school

  • Drop the codes off to the office in the "Big Coke Bottle"
